Lauren is a Registered Nurse from Mesa, AZ. She has spent the last two years working in acute cardiac care in Scottsdale, AZ and also in Fairfax, VA. There, she specialized in open heart surgery, heart failure, and cardiac arrhythmias. Previous to nursing, she assisted in the Biobank for Barrow Neurological center, collecting tumors and learning about cancer. She is excited to be entering the world of plastics and help change lives for the better!

Talia decided to make the exciting transition from working in the Maternal-Newborn field as a Postpartum RN, to pursuing her interest in plastic surgery. Driven by her genuine passion for the aesthetic industry, Talia is dedicated to helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin and is committed to providing personalized care and support throughout their cosmetic surgical journey. Talia is excited to embark on this new chapter in her career and looks forward to making a positive impact on patient lives. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking/nature walks, weekend trips, and spending time with her dog, Bentley.

Dori Miller is the Patient Coordinator for DeVictor Facial Plastic Surgery at CALM Scottsdale. She has been in client relations, management, and sales for 20+ years. Dori hails from Columbus, Ohio and is a graduate from The Ohio State University. She and her family moved to Arizona in 2017 and Dori joined the DeVictor Team in February 2024. Dori brings with her a genuine passion for helping people, customer service and building relationships. GO BUCKS!

Shannon is a certified medical assistant with over 5 years of dedicated experience specializing in plastic surgery and cosmetics. With a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Arizona State University, she has always had a passion for the healthcare industry.
Originally from Arizona, Shannon’s path led her away for 6 years while her husband served in the Air Force, living at military bases in Italy and Northern California. They eventually returned to Phoenix to establish roots, ensuring her son experiences the same upbringing surrounded by family as she and her husband did.
During her downtime, you can find Shannon deep in the pages of her Kindle, often tucked away in a cozy corner. She also enjoys travel, hiking, paddle boarding, and cherishing moments with her family.
Bridgette Mendoza
Certified Laser Technician
Bridgette Mendoza is a Certified Laser Technician at CALM Scottsdale. She has worked in the education field for 10 years helping students graduate and find their passion for what they love as technicians which was an inspiration for her to follow her passion in the cosmetic and dermatology field. Bridgette is a native born in Douglas, AZ with a family of her own by recently getting married, having a baby now a two-year-old baby girl and has a 14-year-old son.

Bridgette gained her laser certification from National Laser Institute in September of 2020 and started her own laser hair removal business shortly after. Bridgette wanted to broaden her knowledge in laser and skin and joined CALM Scottsdale in 2021 as a patient care coordinator to our medical directors and is now one of our Certified Laser Technician and has become a member of ASLMS (American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery). Since, Bridgette has learned skin care products, laser safety and new laser technology to her knowledge under the supervision of our Board-Certified Medical Directors.

Quinn Rydberg is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician at CALM Scottsdale. Quinn focuses on medical aesthetics as she is results-driven and believes in the science behind treatments, products, and protocols. As our newest team member, it is Quinn’s primary goal to help educate and treat patients’ concerns and skin conditions. She has always had an affinity for skincare, driven by her own personal experience with her skin that led to a career in medical aesthetics.

Quinn grew up in Montana where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Development from Montana State University. Her background and experience in non-profit and talent management developed not only her professionalism but also her passion for helping others and building authentic relationships. She completed her Aesthetics and Laser education at Penrose Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona and has also received her Certified Dermatology Technician certification. Quinn continues to educate herself by actively attending seminars and keeping up with the latest cosmetic advances.
Quinn joined U.S. Dermatology Partners in June of 2022 and has become an integral member of the cosmetic practice here at CALM Scottsdale. Her services include DiamondGlow, Dermaplane, Medical Grade Facials, Chemical Peels, PRX Derm Perfexion, and Microneedling.
Outside of the practice, you can find Quinn traveling, volunteering, eating (she’s a foodie), and spending time with her husband and their dog Crosby.
